6.3 Delivered Translations
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the completed translated work product transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable excerpts for internal quality improvement purposes only, unless you instruct us otherwise in writing.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all documents and materials submitted to us as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose your materials to any third party except where required by law or with your explicit consent. Our team members handling your materials are bound by confidentiality obligations. If you require a formal non-disclosure agreement, please contact us before submitting any materials.
8. Payment and Fees
8.1 Pricing
Fees for services are agreed upon between the parties prior to commencement of work. All quoted prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change for new projects, but agreed fees for confirmed projects will not be altered.
8.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable project agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of completed work until full payment has been received. Late payments may attract an administrative fee as specified in the relevant invoice or agreement.
8.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the terms agreed at the time of engagement. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns. Refunds will not be issued for work completed in accordance with the agreed brief.
9. Turnaround Times and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith based on project scope and current workload. We will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to incomplete source materials, unclear instructions, or technical failures beyond our control. If a delay is anticipated, we will notify you as soon as practicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Choiceventureflow and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
