This Digital Millennium Copyright Act policy ("Policy") applies to the Choiceventureflow website located at choiceventureflow.online and the services offered by Choiceventureflow ("we", "us", "our"). - Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our services (such as a URL or other specific location).
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We recommend sending your notice by email to ensure the fastest possible response. Notices submitted by other means may experience processing delays.
2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") to our designated copyright agent. A Counter-Notice must contain the following information:
2.1 Required Elements of a Counter-Notice
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice.
2.2 Processing of Counter-Notices
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringing activity within a reasonable period after we forward the Counter-Notice, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright infringement seriously. In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to make this determination based on all relevant facts and circumstances available to us.
4. Modification of Content
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any content at any time without prior notice and without liability to you. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of our services without notice or liability.
5. False Notifications
Please be aware that submitting a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice with materially false information may result in legal liability. Before submitting any notice, please ensure that you have a good faith basis for your claim and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to seek damages and other relief from any party who submits a false or fraudulent notification.
6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any action taken or not taken in response to a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice, including any removal or reinstatement of content.
